Conditions of participation

The participation fee of 190,00 € p.p. (incl. VAT) for a fee-based registration has to be paid after registration. In this case we will send you an invoice. After receipt of the invoice amount you will receive a confirmation from us.

The paid participation fee entitles you to participate in the booked event (including supporting programme, catering and providing of presentations). Participation in an evening event is not included here, as this is exclusively for customers, banks, partners and associations

A cancellation of your booking is possible up to 21 days before the event. In this case we will refund the full participation fee. A later cancellation, or refund in case of no-show on the day of the event is not possible. However, you are welcome to register a replacement participant at any time. In this case no further costs will be charged. We reserve the right to make changes to the programme for urgent reasons.

By participating in the event, you give your agreement for photo and film recordings.
